A collection of photos taken in Nanjing, mostly around the Fuzi Miao area. Apologies about the bright burnouts in some of the photos. This is due to atmospheric conditions. The almost always is a bright grey / white colour due to pollution which plagues China. Even on a so called clear day, the sky is not the bright blue colour we are used to.
The photos below were all taken on the same weekend when we had some New Zealand friends come to stay on a short holiday from Switzerland where they are currently based.

Today, 24 June we discovered another nice area of Nanjing with a temple and gardens near the Gulou metro station. I will return to get serious with taking photos if atmospheric conditions improve, but after nearly a year here, I don't expect a perfect day to take photos anytime soon!
