A good start on restoration

The main street of Pleasant Point was popular place for comfort stops.

Some grown up boy racers left rubber of the road although mostly well behaved.

Rock and Hop parade, part 1

 The annual Rock and Hop in Timaru featured a parade of vehicles leaving Timaru early around 5:30 pm.

Leading cars arrived in Pleasant Point just after 6 pm on a beautiful fine warm evening.

Get to the Point

Pleasant Point's annual street festival was held under grey skies but no rain on Saturday 7 November. A large crowd turned up to enjoy the various stalls, children's activities, displays, train rides and shearing competition.
